water

he that hath no money; come ye, buy!

Selling water, the Water of life!

Isaiah 55:1 "Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price"

To buy =to acquire the possession of, or the right to, by paying or promising to pay an equivalent, esp. in money; purchase.
Informal.
a) to accept or believe: I don't buy that explanation.
b) to be deceived by: he bought the whole story.

Matthew 1:21 "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins"

Freewill of man doctrine teachers say that Christ died for everybody.

But, what does the Word of God say?

BUY IT NOW! The Lord Jesus Christ came to save HIS people.

Are you one of His people?

John 4:6-26 "6 Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with journey, sat thus on the well. It was about the sixth hour.7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat)9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am"

John 6:35 "And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst"

The Lord Jesus Christ is the WATER!

Matthew 5:6 "Blessed they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled"

1 Corinthians 1:30-31 "30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord"

Psalm 42:1-2 "1 As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?"

Psalm 63:1 "O God, thou my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is"

Many Christians cannot see the Lord Jesus Christ is the WATER. But if you do, blessed are your eyes, for only His chosen people will see Christ as the LIVING WATER and drink it.

Isaiah 27:2-3 "2 In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine.3 I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest hurt it, I will keep it night and day"

Isaiah 44:1-5 "1 Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:2 Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:4 And they shall spring up among the grass, as willows by the water courses.5 One shall say, I the LORD'S; and another shall call by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe his hand unto the LORD, and surname by the name of Israel"

Isaiah 49:8-10 "8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;9 That thou say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures in all high places.10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them"

Job 14:7-9 "7 For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.8 Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground;9 through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant"

Psalm 114:7-8 "7 Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;8 Which turned the rock a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters"

Psalm 78:16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.

1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

Water is tasteless for someone that is not thirsty; but for a thirsty soul, water tastes sooo good. Without the Spirit of Christ, God's Salvation is not appealing to a religious/natural man. But for a chosen sinner, God's salvation in Christ is marvellous in my eyes.

Psalm 118:23 This is the Lord's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

Psalm 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I behold wondrous things out of thy law.

God's law = Jesus Christ.

Have you drank of the living water?

Trust in Christ alone for the salvation of your soul.

                                            PRAISE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!
