I use King James version, it is the most faithful translation. also, it lets the reader
know what has been added to the original. it is either in italics or inside brackets. I do not read what has been added and
the message changes in a lot of cases.
let me give you a pearl: Psalm 92:11 "Mine eye also shall see
[my desire] on mine enemies, [and] mine ears shall hear [my desire] of the wicked that rise
up against me"
Now lets read it without the additions: Psalm 92:11 "Mine eye also shall see
on mine enemies; mine ears shall hear of the wicked that rise up against me" I see and
hear my enemies: those who do not know or do not believe God's Salvation. They do not believe God has chosen His people
to Salvation from before the foundation of the world.
A commandment is giving to God's people and is found in two places:1)
Proverbs 25:21-22 "If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:.
For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee" 2)Romans 12:20 "Therefore if thine
enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head"
Many
Christians are my enemies; those who hold the freewill of man doctrine. They believe man makes the decision to salvation;
but the Word of God is clear "the decision has been made from before the foundation of the world" to these people
the Lord Jesus commands me to feed; I know they are hungry and thirsty because they are in the Word of God. They read
the Bible; so I bring bread and water which is the Lord Jesus Christ (water out the wells of Salvation)
Also,
this is a commandment from the Lord Jesus Christ: Matthew 5:43-48 "Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt
love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them
that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye be the children of your Father which
is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For
if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only,
what do ye more? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect"
This is the reason I bring the Salvation that God has given me in Jesus Christ.
